Grants Project Manager: Crymych Football Club Tafarn Crymych Arms Project

We are looking for an individual with experience and a professional background in the field of grants management to support our exciting development with the football club in Crymych. To lead the development phase and prepare reports back to the funders for a significant project of developing the Tafarn Crymych Arms & Crymych Football Club building into a thriving community hub, and developing a program of activities and events to connect people with sport, health and wellbeing as also local heritage.

Cyflog:  Salary: £33,000 per annum – Pro Rata (£19,800 for 3 days per week)

Hours: 22½ hours per week*

Flexible hours. It will occasionally be necessary to work evening hours

Contract Length: Initial 10 Months - with the potential to extend subject to additional successful funding applications.

*We are also open to accepting proposals from individuals with significant experience in this field on a freelance contract basis

Tafarn Crymych Arms - Pub Manager (or the pub team) Crymych Football Club

We are looking for an individual (or a pub team) with a history of successful pub management and an experienced background in pub stock and staff management. Main duties will be to manage, administer and co-ordinate the running of Tafarn Crymych Arms as a pub and day to day business, working with the Committee, management, staff, volunteers, members and the local community

Salary: £32,000 per annum (with 3 bedroom flat available as management accommodation)*

Flexible hours. It will be necessary to work evening and weekend hours.

Contract Length: Permanent but with performance reviews.

Location: Tafarn Crymych Arms, Crymych, Pembrokeshire. SA41 3RJ

*We are also open to accepting proposals from individuals with significant experience in this field on a freelance contract basis

*We would also welcome discussions with a team of people or a couple who would like to take on the responsibility of running the pub
